Time:Check in begins at 6:45 am. Run begins at 7:30 am sharp.
Details: This will be our first taper week and distances can be whatever you like as we are running a simple out and back on the trail. Official long distance will be 10 miles with options to add on. Simply turn back when you are ready.
Additionally, the run back is a gradual down grade and a great place to test your finishing strength. Make plans to attack the run back from your turn around and push a little bit. Definitely a huge confidence boost going into your upcoming race.

Details: Our final run of the season will also be out mentor appreciation run. Be sure to bring something for the mentor in your group and say thank you to them for all their hard work in guiding us this season.
This weeks route will take us along the river trails of Pittsburgh and around the downtown and north side region.
All runners are welcome to join whether you are a registered program participant or not. There will be mentors for all paces from 8:00 - 12:00 per mile.
