SATURDAY GROUP RUN INFORMATION
Saturday is the day our group runs its long run and we would love for you to join us. There are always 2-3 different distances and pace groups ranging from 8:00/mile up to 12:00/mile and up. 

Check in begins at 7:30 am and the run departs at 8:00 am. See below for this weeks location and route maps. We look forward to you joining us.

Feb 18th

                    
Time: Check in begins at 7:30 am. Run begins at 8:00 am sharp.  

Distances: 6, 11, 17 miles - add ons for longer or in between distances from parking lot

Route:  See maps below

All runners are welcome to join whether you are a registered program participant or not.  There will be mentors for all paces from 8:00 - 12:00 per mile.

Water Stops:  Start/finish, 2.75, 8 miles, 11 miles

6 miles & 11 miles (6 is out and back to the water stop)

PLEASE NOTE: Anyone running longer than 17 miles needs to sign out before leaving to finish their miles.
