The woman's foot is very different than the man's and our staff understands that fact. With a more narrow heel relative to the forefoot, the shoes must be made to hold more snug which a guy's shoe typically won't do well on the female foot.  Putting a woman in a man's shoe will just not work well, even when the foot is wider than average.  As a result we try to carry women's specific shoes in multiple widths and stability types (where available) to accomodate just about any foot type and get the fit that is right for your foot.
