"Hump Day Runs"
  Hump Day Group  Hump Day In Woods  HUmp Day Group far away  Hump Day competition
The goal: We want everybody to simply have fun and get outdoors to enjoy the Pittsburgh's trails and parks.  Whether you want to jog easily or go for a personal best, we hope you will join us for these no-frill timed races.
 
To Register:  Stop in at Elite Runners & Walkers, download an application from below and mail in
or, if you must, register on race day.  Registration will only be open for 1/2 hour before the event.  These are small timed runs and we are not renting any facilities for a big pre-or post event.  We will however, treat anyone who comes to some  post-race food and "beverages". 


The Goodies: Shirts or shorts are first come first serve basis while supplies last.  Sticking to the low cost nature of these races we will be re-cycling leftover shirts and shorts from other races or other printing runs.  Shirts/shorts will be available only while supplies last. 

For safety and to keep our costs down, all races are planned to take place on trails, but the Panhandle Trail is a flat rails-to-trails open route vs.  the true trails through the woods in Settler's Cabin.  For those who have not gone on trail runs, the events at Settler's Cabin will be that much more fun!
