If you have ever dreamed of running something longer than a 5k, or you are a seasoned runner looking to take your racing to the next level, this is the program for you.  Our certified coaches and outstanding group mentors will be leading the way as we head into the fall racing season.   

After registering, you will begin receiving our weekly newsletter in early July with all the details on what's happening, when, where and how.  So don't wait, see all the details below and come join us this year as we run towards greatness.

Program Overview

New this year, every runner who registers for the program will receive the following benefits. 
  • Commemorative Brooks technical training t-shirt (a $20 value)
  • Weekly raffles at Saturday group runs (must be present to win)

Additionally, every runner will receive:
  • 10 week (10k) - 15 week (10 mile) training plan developed by our very own USA Track & Field Certified Coaches - based on your ability.  
  • Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced mileage schedules for both the 10k and 10 mile distances.  NOTE:  The 10 mile program will be based on our half marathon program so if you are looking to do a fall half, you will surely fit right in.
  • Coached interval/speed workouts every Tuesday with coaches.
  • Long runs every Saturday with coaches, mentors and pacers.
  • Options for a third weekly fun run on Wednesdays and a monthly Thursday Pub Run.
  • Detailed maps and turn by turn directions for long runs.
  • Aid stations with water and other nutrition items as long runs grow longer.
  • Special clinics and education sessions on all aspects of training to keep you safe, healthy and on track as you strive towards your goal. Training methodologies, nutrition, injury rehab, injury prevention, yoga, Good Form Running, & more!
  • Weekly newsletter to keep you on track and up to date
  • Access to our Facebook Training Forum which always has excellent running discussion and encouragement.
  • Access to our extensive network of providers to get you to the finish line healthy and ready to do your best including Nutrition Check Up, Keystone Physical Therapy, FASTER Pittsburgh and East Suburban Sports Medicine.
